Moving Day

Today the packers come to pack us all up. I think we're actually going to pull everything off (amazingly)! Monday I was a wreck worrying that there was no way we were going to get the house clean and all our stuff packed up on time.. . . . but I think we'll make it. Yay! It didn't help that they put me on a new medication that day to regulate my sugars and it dropped them really fast. That has got to be the worst feeling ever. I got released on Sunday too, though they haven't called anyone new yet, so I will go to mutual tonight just to make sure everything is under control.

We will sure miss everyone here. Mountain Home has been a great place for us, even though it is far away from all civilization.

I had an ultra sound yesterday in Boise. They said that the baby already weighs about 5 lbs. 14 oz. give or take a pound. That is so big for 32 weeks. Joey only weighed 5lbs. 11oz when he was born. THe tech said that her stomach is measuring at 37 weeks, but all of her organs etc are at 32 weeks. This is going to be a fun delivery. There's a good chance I will end up with a scheduled c-section. At least it will be nice to schedule it. I have this secret fear that my due date is all messed up and that I will actually be crossing the country at 38 weeks instead of 33 like I thought and I will end up delivering the baby on to of Mount Rushmore. I guess then we'll have to name her Lincoln or Washington or georgie or something. Maybe that will end the name debate. In all reality though, I think we will be fine. I can't beleive we are almost done here. Better get back to work to make it all happen.

Good luck with your move and the long drive back east. I'll pray that you arrive there safely with a baby still in utero-no Rushmore baby!!!

Good luck with the long drive. I have always wanted to see more of the U.S.A., but not in your condition. Bring lots of pillows! I bet it feels great and such a relief to be almost there.

Are you all situated? Your Mom said that you might have some "fixin up" to do? Hope you are settled before that new arrival comes. Happy 4th of July!
